Welcome to BMI Expert. My name is Richard Hagl. I am an expert in business model innovation. Business Model Innovation (BMI)<\/em>abbreviated as BMI) and for digital technologies such as augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this role, I support my clients in the further development of their business models and in the successful implementation of their augmented reality and\/or virtual reality technology projects. I use BMI as a strategic tool to master the challenges of the innovation process, but also as a creative method to identify new business areas, business ideas and corporate approaches.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
