Welcome to BMI Expert. My name is Richard Hagl. I am an expert in business model innovation. Business Model Innovation (BMI)abbreviated as BMI) and for digital technologies such as augmented reality (AR) and virtual reality (VR).
In this role, I support my clients in the further development of their business models and in the successful implementation of their augmented reality and/or virtual reality technology projects. I use BMI as a strategic tool to master the challenges of the innovation process, but also as a creative method to identify new business areas, business ideas and corporate approaches.
My clients include globally active family businesses and corporations. They are often world market leaders in their segment (e.g. hidden champions) and attach great importance to being innovation leaders in their industry.
